Concrete (“we”) runs getconcrete.ai and the Concrete app for Slack, an AI teammate that works in your Slack channels. This page says what we collect, why, who handles it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated October 21, 2026.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Slack: your name, email address, Slack user ID, and your workspace's ID and name.
- Your workspace install. When you add Concrete to Slack: the access token Slack issues to the app, who added it, and the channels you add it to.
- Usage. How many credits each answer used, and when.
- Payments. Polar processes payments as our merchant of record. We never see or store card numbers; we receive whether a payment went through and the credits it added. Polar charges your plan each month until you cancel it, and nothing else.
- This website. Page views, and what you write in the “Talk to us” form.
How we use it
- To run your agent. Reading the conversation is how it answers, follows up and remembers what your team decided.
- To bill and show usage. Credits used per day and per kind of work, on your account page.
- To support you and keep the service secure. Answering your questions, and finding misuse or faults.
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your Slack data to train AI models.
Who handles it for us
- AI model providers. To write each answer, the relevant part of the conversation and your agent's context is sent to the AI model provider that generates it.
- PostHog (analytics). Website page views, the contact form, and who each account is: your name, email address, and your Slack workspace's name or your Telegram username, plus each account's plan and credits (balance and credits used) and when its free credits ran out or its plan started.
- Polar. Payments and invoices.
- Slack. The integration itself: messages come from and go back to your workspace.
- Cloudflare and Vercel. The secure connection to our service, and hosting this website.
Your conversations are private
We don't sell your conversations or use them for advertising or AI training. Each workspace's agent runs on its own isolated machine that Concrete operates; its memory and files stay on that machine, and no other workspace can reach it. Because Slack limits how often an app can read a channel's history, our service keeps the last 30 days of messages from the channels your agent is in, for your agent to read and nothing else. Account, usage and billing records are kept by our service.
How long we keep it
- While Concrete is installed. Your agent keeps its memory and files for as long as it works for you.
- After you remove Concrete from Slack. The agent stops at once. Its machine, its memory and the Slack token are deleted 30 days later, so reinstalling within 30 days picks up where it left off.
- Account and billing records. Kept while your account exists, and billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
Write to support@getconcrete.ai to see, export, correct or delete your data. We answer within two business days. You can remove Concrete from your workspace at any time in Slack (workspace settings, Manage apps, Concrete, Remove app); that revokes our access at once.
